This site seemed pretty handy.  Its rendered locally and can't be ripped, but it may be a valuable resource for people trying to make SF3 characters more accurate or for people making new SF3 styled characters.

I tried ripping the site for backup purposes but it seems that after a certain point, it stops receiving data from the download.  All I get is the main page, and when clicking the character, only get the stance and the menu under it.  Nothing of the data gets downloaded. :/
