You're definitely on the right way! Those abs shouldn't be that large, but that is easy to fix now.
Remember that in the sprites he doesn't have the eyepatch in that eye (because of unknown reasons).

... Why? Not being picky, it is your creation ... but that voice is ... well a cyberish voice that would suit a mech version, but your is suppose to be a vanilla Sagat correct? OR did I miss a part where there will be an MB02 mode as well

This is meant to be a Vanilla Sagat. I just though that an MB-02 soundpack would be a nice little addition. As for an MB-02 mode, well, there isn't one, but who knows what the future may hold...
