as you see, it's not much but it's an advance I made before... also I found a Joe fanart image:

even I made an intro with the jacket but those sprites I left in my pc which I couldn't fix it yet.
I choosed joe since I don't think is the weaker character from street fighter... look this well:

entering into SF1 he's a generic fighting champion... maybe the last champion from last japan martial arts tournament (in someplace I'd read the champion before ken was nash, maybe the last one was joe), even in an imagen joe appears beating ken:

for the other side, it's the character that changed for cody.. their styles are suspiciously similars... I'd read rumours about he met cody in the jail... also it's seen beating mike in street fighter 2 intro, mike has a similar profile like balrog(boxeador), about him it knows about he didn't be fired from proffesional boxing for cheater like balrog, but he killed another boxer... he's a dangerous guy who I calculated a strength similar to balrog, so to joe can "easily win" a rival like him it's because had enough strength to do that...
finally this could be just suppositions or not, it's a character I like it and if capcom should be able to exploit he would be a good character.

mi computadora esta siendo arreglada en estos momentos, para el fin de semana les dare novedades de joe, como les prometi incluso sprites de cambio de paleta... y si beno si conozco algo de su historia y de la mayoria de los SF, soy muy fan de esta historia y lo que mas me gusta es la relacion que tiene street fighter con final fight y con una serie que la dejaron de lado pero que tiene mucho que dar que es slam master

bueno ayer se me puse a pensar que char seria bueno para hacer a mike de sf1... busque y solo llegue a 2 conclusiones, o no conozco muchos chars para hacer a mike... o es q este personaje solo puede ser hecho en base de otro boxeador de SF, he aqui lo q salio:

salio algo parecido pero... es suficiente?... si conocen bases buenas por favor avisenme, yo busco chars bases para hacer a los SF que faltan, para en un futuro meterme a hacer a los final fight 1,2,3 etc etc

well yesterday I started thinking that char would be good to make of SF1 mike ... search and only come to two conclusions, or do not know many chars to make mike ... q or is this character can only be made on the basis of another boxer SF, q here is what came out:

David, por favor posta as tuas respostas em ingles, mesmo que uses um tradutor.
Podes escrever em espanhol primeiro e depois em ingles.

Siempre lo dije y te recomiendo que uses como base a Heavy D de KOF, su stance y estilo de pelea son muy parecidos a los de Mike, ademas creo que te sera mas facil editar ese char que enbroncarte a hacer casi un full edit de un personaje de SF3, es solo mi opinion y sugerencia.

I recommend that you use Heavy D of KOF as a base, his stance and fighting style are similar to those of Mike, I also think that will be easier to you to edit that character, because SF3 characters are more difficult to edit, that's what I suggest.

Would of been better if you used SFA Cody, because Joe is the prototype of Cody.

To prove it, here's why: Final Fight (formally titled as "Street Fighter '89") was originally going to have the intro of Street Fighter II, which many said the punching Cody Travers look-alike in it was Joe. Their jump kicks are also almost identical. SFA Cody's fighting stance is also shaped like Joe's.

My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.

de alguna forma estos personajes estan ligados... pero finalmente son dos personajes distintos, balrog es diferente a mike, igual pasa con ellos, finalmente en joe y cody pues ni los nombres son similares, quiza si hubo mucha similitud y algo que dije en post anteriores es que joe tiene un escenario que parece salido de citymetro, si hubiese usado la base de cody perdería parte de el gusto de diseñar varias cosas de el, por otro lado me grada como está quedando, si hubiee o fue ya en este tiempo no importa, miren los bocetos de quien hiba a salir en street fighter 2, era missing"gomez" y no blanka, no puedo basarme en supuestos para crear el char pero si para usar parte de la historia XD

somehow these characters are linked ... but ultimately they are two different characters, Balrog is different from mike, just happens to them, finally joe and cody because neither the names are similar, maybe if there was much similarity and something I said in previous post is that joe is a scenario that seems citymetro left, if he had used the base of cody lose some of the pleasure of designing the various things, second tier and is running me if hubiee or was already at this time does not matter, look at the sketches of who was going to exit at street fighter 2, was missing "gomez" and blanka, I can not build on assumptions to create the char but whether to use part of the story XD

Te encuentro toda la razón, si bien pueden tener movimientos similares, eso no significa que sean clones o algo así. Sigue así, Joe va muy bien

por cierto sólo harás los sprites o también lo programarás para el MUGEN?? (si sólo son los sprites, me ofrezco para programarlo n_n)

Totally agree with you, if well they've similar moves, that doesn't mean they would be clones or something like that. Keep going, Joe goes very well

about that, you just will make the sprites or you would code for MUGEN, too?? (if you just make the sprites, I offer my help to code him n_n)
