Yes, he was.

It's seriously a toss-up between him and Agentsix.

On one hand, Shamrock was a shitty moderator at an OK forum. On the other hand, Agentsix was a shitty moderator at a shitty forum. You're at least sort of prepared for that at MI.

Shamrock is part of the reason MFG has the reputation it got... that's all you need to know (unless you really want to find out why).

Shamrock was at least constrained by admins here.

Agentsix however was mod at a place where the one active admin bent over to the other staff, allowing him to mute someone for absolutely no reason (he actually did this to me in 2009, causing me to bail on MI entirely).

They didn't do a very good job of it since he antagonized users a lot and generally was a bit too trigger-happy on the WRONG people.

I got banned when he switched his avatar with mine, WHILE direct-linking, so I decided to punish him. I'm not complaining, though, I made him look like the idiot he was, so the ban was totally worth it.

reading around those old pages really shows that everybody was way faster with the ban trigger than anyone now
