This May 24th to May 28th will be this year's Summer Games Done Quick event! In the Awesome Games Done Quick event at the beginning of the year, they set a goal to collect $30k over five days from donations - and ended up raising an impressive $150k (I donated $30, yay I'm part of something!)As usual, there will be five days of speedruns around the clock. The schedule is set, and I'm sure there is something interesting for everyone: http://speeddemosarchive.com/marathon/schedule/I'm particularly looking forward to the DKC2, Metal Slug 3, and Portal speedruns, but I'll probably have the stream running for other games as well. If you have not seen many speedruns, there's a ton of classics in there too which are very fun to watch, like Mario 64, Super Metroid, and couple of Megaman and Sonic games, and for people who have too much time there will be complete runs of FF VI and VIII \\ editis this Entertainment? Gaming? Entertainment? Gaming? ....I'll just leave it where it is
It's Gaming. You did well in putting it here, Val.A Cave Story speedrun? Want to see one at hardest difficulty and with the best ending achieved.
Clearly our goal for this marathon is to name Locke "BBH" in memory of standards long past. That or name Squall "Balthazar" and Rinoa "Cybaster".Definitely looking forward to Blood Money.
Bump since the marathon has been running for one day and a few hours by now.You can catch the stream right c'here.
