As a child, he took and surpassed advanced courses, is a master tactician and lead countless missions at the age of 14.
Chief is very intelligent and let's not even mention Cortana.

As Jman stated, Chief is immensely powerful. Chief lifts 5000-6000 pounds easily.

Speed:
Chief can run 65m per hour. Cap on the other hand, clocks in at 49m per hour (According to the website you posted)
Also, Chief's reflex speed is 5x faster than Caps AFAIK.

Reflex speed so incredible, it's as if he views combat in slow motion.
Reflex speed further increases while in armor.
Reflex speed increases even further when engaged in combat situations.

Durabilty:
Shields, Overshields, Incredibly durable armor, incredibly durable physique (due to serum), Survived point blank blasts from anti-tank weaponry (both plasma and human), Able to survive falls from space, Missile slapping, etc.

Fighting Skills:
This is the only questionable stat IMO. Both are capable fighters but both have very different experiences and backgrounds.
I'll side with Cap because fighting hand to hand is simply his staple. However, Chief himself, has fought flanks of enemies larger and more brutal than himself and has ALWAYS came out on top (He doesn't lose).
