when does the Captain Falcon figure actually come out? Amazon's canadian site has him listed as a Dec 31st release, but I also see that he was supposed to be released on the 14th on some sources, although I haven't seen any new figures aside from Zelda in my travels so far.

Anyone know if the Mayflash Gamecube Controller to PC(usb) would work on the Wii U usb? Tried of attempting to find the gamecube adapter.

EDIT: Just read on reddit that it doesn't work. Couple of threads where mutiple people tried; all failed.

As a pet peeve, I hate that Star KOs are uncommon now -- even outside their hindrance to competitive matches on the clock. They're really satisfying to get in previous Smashes, especially when multiple people got sent skyward. Something about it just tickles my funny bone like no other.
Sometimes you just need a little less gun.

I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.

Don't know if this is common knowledge or not, but I figured I'd share. I was playing 8-player Smash last night and I was using Wario. When I did his attacks that involved the over-exaggeration of his limbs/fists/head, they were all lacking in that department. For instance, corkscrew and up-tilt didn't have his huge hands with fingers splayed out, and his head during his up-smash didn't grow as freakishly large. I just found it really strange. Has anyone else noticed any of the other characters having their animations compromised during 8-player smash? Just curious.
