One of the best characters from your team, coding-wise, if not the best.

CLSN boxes feel fair, there are many specials, but not "too much" compared to other chars, evne though he still has too many Ki based attacks.
Graphics are nice, as expected.

- Why can't he move for so long after "Destransformación en SSJ" ? Makes no sense to me.
-  I can chain D+z 5 times. That's too much.
- His dash feels very slow. It's already kinda short for a DBZ char (which is good), but making it so slow makes it almost useless.
- Debug : in state 530 : changed to invalid state 530 (from state 10)
- Some moves are useless : what's the point of knee when you already have shoryuken ? Why so many Ki attacks which have the same purpose ?
- Codazo Inverso doesn't work on a cornered opponent.
- Ejecución Infernal doesn't give very nice vels to the balls. Granted, they go in the right direction, but they move towards the ground before moving horizontally, instead of taking the shortest path. And isn't this an Android move to being with ?
- Shoryuken doesn't send the opponent up enough.
- Several air dashes ? Strange to me.
- Impacto Increíble's counter window is really long. It should really be shorter but deal more damage for a Lv2.
- At the end of Resplandor Final, Vegeta doesn't dash from outside the screen, but rather magically appears in it.
- Opponent gets up too fast at the end of each Lv3 super.
- Ataque de la Gran Explosión doesn't remove 3000 power.
- Destello Final gives back a lot of power.
- So do other supers. You need to add getpower=0 in all hitdefs of your supers.

You're not helping much in saying what is good or bad : "Hey, this character sucks but the final flash is awesome good work."
How do you want the creator to do a better job if you don't point out what's good or bad.
- What makes the final flash a better coded move than others ?
- What's the problem with using only the SSJ part of the sheet ? NOT ALL CHARACTERS NEED TO HAVE 3 TRANSFORMATIONS AS OGIHCI OR TOUSHIROU. In fact, it's even stupid to give a character multiple transformations, as you'll never use them in a fight. Better keep it simple for more efficiency.
- What don't you like ? Needs frames ? What the hell does that mean ? Do you think he needs more FX ? Do you think his animations are not smooth enough ? Are you referring to the fact he should have Sayajin, SSJ, SSJ2, SSJ3, SSJ4, Gogeta, Vegito, etc. modes in one single character ?
- The programming is a joke. Okay, how is it a joke ? I personally didn't laugh, or am I too stupid to get the joke ?

If you're going to attack something, you might really want to back up your criticism with something constructive.
