The set from Sepp's Guile are free to take. I ripped and compiled the SFF (Sepp might have made some improvements, never checked myself).

I used Sepp's sff, those have perfect axis, and I've added a few edits (run, knock down and others). And off course, theyre open too.

I was in the same boat when I wanted SvC Ryu's sprites, but I learned how to rip in less than a half an hour, and ripping every single one took less than 2-3 hours so yeah. Try harder next time.
