with me bein' an avid fan of tha style of SvK, i'm certainly diggin' this Bison, but there's a few things that seem off tho:

- Psycho Break Smasher should be a lvl 2 move, since it takes off lvl 2 damage [which is fine, don't touch it]. however.....

- Psycho Break Smasher has a problem; if you use it against an opponent in tha corner, it only does about 2 hits, then stops instead of passing thru them, & hardly does any damage [about 2-3 jabs worth]

- (preference) Knee Press Nightmare shouldn't complete its entire action on block or whiff; up until tha slide should be sufficient enough to still make it unsafe & punishable on block/whiff

- either Knee Press Nightmare needs to stay a lvl 2 & gets buff'd a bit while Psycho Punisher stays a lvl 1 but gets nerf'd a bit, or both switch lvls, but damage pretty much remains tha same [i'd prefer tha former way myself]

- maybe Heartbreak Despair could have its damage buff'd a tad? [i could be wrong here tho. meh.]

- Nightmare Booster should be made a lvl 3, to accompany Psycho Cannon. tha main reason being, aside from tha damage in does, is.....

- Shin Psycho Crusher should be made his DM only, period. nobody should be allow'd to just do that awesomely vicious move under normal circumstances [SPC should replace P. Cannon, move/motion-wise when health is low in this instance, N. Booster should always be available to perform]

- maybe give Nightmare Booster another command perhaps? [if you lvl 3 it, then it should be D,DF,F, p+k while P. Cannon becomes D,DB,B, p+k]

- with him bein' akin to SvK-styled, Bison should have at least 1-2 aerial special moves as well, with 1 of these moves [if not both] being either tha Psycho Crusher or tha Double Knee Press

- why no Devil Reverse? that's a staple Bison special move

- energy sounds are used/heard for his aerial punches, yet there's no energy around his hands like there is on his ground punches to support this

- no afterimage/shadow on his F/B x+a dodge. intentional?

- if you push an attack button during neutral dodge/sidestep [just x+a, no direction], then he continuously loops back into that dodge anim until you move or attack

hope this helps some, keep up tha good work.
