Taz Updated and Chargin' Chuck re-done today, August 18.

Chargin' Chuck Re-done

When i first made chucky, i was using the Elecbyte template. Back then I didn't realize how crappy it was. Now i've re-done him, this time using KFM as base. Among the most notable differences in the new chucky are:

-a brand new, much cleaner pallette
-new anims and new coding for several anims
-KO sound added
-"stuck in State 0" glitch finally fixed (yay!)
-few more tweaks

-new move added: Grab and Pound
-fixed infinite involving Michigan J. Frog
-fixed "recoil" issue with the Short Range Sonic Grunt
-several more fixes and tweaks
