When using Fighter Factory to make a character,  which template should I best use Elecbyte, CvS, Winane AI, or, which I've added recently in my FF, MvC v9?

None.  Just use Kung Fu Man.

The best template is one you make yourself. This means coding a character using KFM in the style you desire then using that character as a template

Elecbyte: This breaks
CvS: Won't truly be CvS
Winane AI: Is only AI, doesn't include anything else
MvC v9: Isn't MvC, is just chain combos + super jump.

To MC2: You sure, even when starting to make a character from scratch?

To Cyanide: OK, even though I "was" going to use MvC v9 due to the chain combos, super jump, and walking around the stage before the fight begins, I mostly the Elecbyte template from FF due that I've watched the tutorials of making my character.

Enjoy your potential completely unexplainable crash or random SFF issues then.

OK, Cyanide. You got me. it's a bad idea.  :( What other templates would I use? I mean, I thought it would be easy when I've watched the tutorials, but I've never expected it's going to be that hard.  :(

Are you talking about the "M.U.G.E.N. Template Character" template? because if you are, I hope that works.  :-\

OK, I'll try it out then. Thanks. But now I've known this going to be hard, even though I thought I know I was doing. But as a result...*sigh*  :(

Stick with KFM. Honestly, you have him when you download it and you KNOW there are no gamebreaking bugs with him.

Repeating this to everyone gets tiresome. If you have to ASK what to use as a template, the answer is KFM. If you know what you're doing ANYTHING is a template.

End.

OK....I give up. After years of trying. I know making a MUGEN character is easy, but what's hard for me is choosing the best template. I give.... :'(

You're just lazy. There's no way you weren't able to choose a template after years of trying.

So, you know how to make chars and you don't know what template (that everyone suggested to you, it's KFM) to use. Wow. I'm speechless.

He probably wants one of those "easychar-inaccurate-as-all-hell-MvC" templates like EoH and whatnot (hell he even said it himself), but everyone keeps telling him to avoid the ones he wants (and for good reason I might add).

Most likely he just has no idea how to implement the system he wants into KFM, which is one thing. But a year and a half to do so and still complaining he cant do it is another thing entirely...

You limit yourself so badly when you try to avoid variables. When you get over your fear of the "complexity" of variables, you will find yourself in a better place: A beautiful world where coding is actually fun.
