Right now im working on my project! This will be Something i do for the side while im doing my commissions

Roster so far, But sprite will be revamp and a lil bigger by a few pixels

I love Mei's design, and I'm really looking forward to seeing more of her!

I like the skull(?) logo too, but I think that title text looks cheap. You should make your own font! :)

Yeah try to avoid using lots of effects such as glows, and be very careful with gradients. The second logo with the thin text is WAY better.

Almost finish with my "the blood of champions:lockdown soundtrack" over 46 tracks each character have there own style of themes. But right im also working on seanalty s.h.a.d.es soundtrack there gonna be about 24 tracks for.. 2014 will be my year i promise yall. Expect asuka kazama this year kairi and more

Not a bad start now let's start from the top again. The concept is good but, to much glow can kill the overall look or make it so sexy. I know this is just a concept idea but, let's do it right and keep it simple. Having the right glow in the right area's, like I said will make it look more defined. Don't have your big ports to squished and to many not needed elements, will make it look cluttered. Not trying to sound like a Grinch but, you have mad graphic skills and with time. Through trial and error your game is going to rock. I hope some of my info helps out.

Overall this is pretty good.
My advice:

World map don't need glow
portraits should not be deformed (I assume it's not definitive)
I'm not sure about chars name display
Same for pointers...

Try to be more consistant about styles and aspect you give to your game
Mixing up various fonts gives weird effect (impact, freestyle-type, horror-type...)

Sure man, I will try to wip up something for you to look at. Still this is your cup of tea, I'm just going to program it. So stick to those above tip's you are getting and let's see what you come up with. The concept is right, just need those tweaks for better look.
