I'll assume that's a no. As far as I can see, Sagat has SFA-like afterimages, Kyo/Iori use their burn palFX, Mary/Xiangfei have RB sparks... IT'S CAPCOM FIGHTING JAM?

Err, Sagat's afterimages are something I am having a hard time with (having no experience with SF3-style afterimages), but more importantly...that's my Sagat you're using. Please ask me for permission before you use it next time (there's a pretty good chance I'll let you use it).

Your Sagat is acceptable, there's still some work to achieve SF3 experience with him, but he's on the good path.
