Is there even such a thing? I looked all over but the Third Death Stars I see just look like the 2nd Death Star.

He's referring to two MUGEN characters that are both called "Death Star," and are modeled off of the Death Star. Both are one-hit kill characters.

There is, but it's just a bullshit edit of the 2nd one with a few tweaks (as if the original wasn't bad enough already). Not worth the time spent looking for it, but I think I might have it shelved somewhere if you really want it.
