Oh and the beginning scene with his wife and Shane was COMPLETE BULLSHIT. They didn't show her remorse for the act after like they did in the comic and even implied they'd been doing it before unlike in the comic where it was the first time. They are destroying her character and will make it hard for the audience to feel sympathy later on for her.
Destroying her character? How? By giving her human faults?

The way it seems now is that she completely gave up on ever seeing her husband again. It's not like she left knowing her husband was dead or one of "them".

Uh... they left him alone. In a hospital. In a coma. With zombies. They assumed (quite reasonably) that he was dead. Rick was just really, really lucky.

Well hey I remember them mentioning to her that he would be watched over and was the only reason she left his side. I see where your coming from, but I have a bad feeling she'll get a lot of hate later on and when she ends up

I forgot about the watching over him thing, but at this point she must assume he's dead. If Atlanta fell why would her home town be any different. And plus, the whole thing probably helps her take her mind off of losing her husband.

Also, it's only the second episode. I'm sure there will be time for remorse. Especially when she, you know, actually reunites with Rick.

I hope so, but everything else has been good and I liked the fact they added more survivors to the original band. I actually hope Francis racist biker guy survives.

episode 2 was great, i hope the series is a big success in the usa so it gets more seasons

I haven't seen second episode, but if you're talking about "racist" guys, wait to met Michonnen. Afro samurai FTW!!

EDIT:  Watching it right now. There's A LOT of differences. Rick only mets Glenn in the city. And he's not saved from the tank, he arrives to the street where the asian is. Anyway, some minor points.

I actually liked it over roof jumping gamez. Still I wonder if they'll head back like in the comic to get weapons.

- 1: ACTION IS GOOD. Something that a show like this needs.
- 2: SOME things from the comic are CHANGED. I didn't like some but others are OK. But...

NO!! I didn't say it had to be EXACTLY as the comic. Just those details are not good at all. Perhaps the point "there's no longer white or black, just white flesh and black flesh" it's OK, but man! Some points are cool, others not that all. That's what I said, I'm not saying "this tv show it's a crap!", because I understand it's having the action that a TV show needs, not more.

For example, Rick a la GTA it's a NO. In the comic was Glenn who thieves a car and then explains it to Rick. In the other hand, it was a COOL scene.
