Watching as Felo sprites characters is like watching a slow torrent download; there are three episodes almost complete, then the torrent decides to focus on a fourth instead of finishing its plate. On one hand, you wish it'd just finish one episode already so you've got something to do while the rest finish up, but on the other hand the episode that just started downloading is awesome as well, and now you've seen that one start up you don't want to put that on hold either. S'frustrating as hell.Great work, though.

Well, making free sprites doesn't means I would work on them. I also like to sprite different stuff than always spriting the same. spriting, as mugen, is a hobby, and if one day I prefer to make a single sprite of Jun, or Poison's or whoever's, is fine to me since spriting always the same gets boring.
the shading and light source are way way off for cvs. you should take a closer look at official cvs sprites to see how they handle that. look up some tutorials. i dunno. http://irwt.smeenet.org/sprite-cvs.html is a good tutorial but it might be too verbose
The sprite in your avatar is really weird too, it has the same pasted head in all the sprites, and it moves around unnaturally

That Poison is gorgeous. Only gripe I have is the hand. It doesn't really look like she's holding the riding crop.If I may....Something like this, maybe? Quick edit to show what I mean. It'd make a decent starting point, at least.
