Only a fat belly would project a round dark shadow on the pelvic area. That's what you drew.
You should stick to the resized SF2T base, it actually shows abdominal definition. Or even better, use her slender SF4 model as a base - she's the fittest, tightest, most ripped woman in any game I've seen.

the problem is the separation of tones, as being very down the shorts do that efect

If I do either I'm only resizing and clean sprites from the source game. So you'd have to deal with a low frame count. Sf3 spriting is a bitch. Not making white ranger without a team of spriters.

O Ilusionista is doing that with his Ooze, so it wouldn't be a problem.

Except for the White Ranger. If you're using SFIII sprites, low frame counts won't look good.

I did those. But it's nothing like 300 sprites: Ooze only has 16 sprites :P!

You might add something to his abs to make his a bit more badass. Maybe some hint of ab definition coming from the shades at the sides.
Or even better, use [Cammy's] slender SF4 model as a base - she's the fittest, tightest, most ripped woman in any game I've seen.

I'd put Alpha Chun Li above her in that aspect.
