That is a pretty sweet looking Heihachi. I always enjoy seeing Tekken characters rendered in sprites.
Pretty nice MC2, except I think the hair is actually too long it may just be because the colour of the headband is harder to notice for me atm though.
That left (artist's right) leg... just totally wrong in form. Also recall that CvS light source is directly from the top. That's way too much light going down the side.Right (artist's left) leg's a bit blobby but as long as you fix the shape on that it should be fine otherwise.
Would you say that the light source should be totally changed since the shorts have been replaced with wrestling trunks? As in, the inner legs should have the light and the outer should be dark?
Nice process. But for the shoes in the last process must be missing. I bet you're still working on it though. You got the nice overall sprite there, except the feet.
