Robert, Heidern, and Ash all look KOFish due to their proportions (i.e., they're way too thin, though Robert would fit in much better with just wider pant legs). Clark's skin colors have too much contrast.They look pretty good other than that, though I would mess with Leona's skin shading a little bit more (dark shades are used a tad too often).

Lol... I was bored but hey I think it turned out pretty nice.It's better quality if its saved as Jpeg from the looks of it. It still needs work.-Black outline isn't needed-Shading needs to be reduced, anti alias the shade too-The feet need more work as well they look very uneven

@FeloThanks but I'm not so sure if the shading is needed between both legs although perhaps adding more creases to her right leg(artists view, left leg) what do you think? Although the image with the sprite is based off of doesn't have many creases or details in the pants.
I have fixed the takuma standing; I have adjusted the upper side of the coverall and the face as well using color more bright for the shading

Kensei, the Sacred Fist.You did a good wrk with the firts sprite, but nexts ...well, shading seems off, in the second row, those boots are HUGE as Hell. Third row needs a lot of work. Come on, you can do better!
oh shit, dead danceto be fair, the boots were pretty much only slightly smaller in sourcebut yeah, those do indeed need touching up. at the moment they sorta just look like they're made out of clay
