At first glance it lovely. I don't see anything really wrong with it. I would expect her to have bigger eyes like Athena, Yuri, and Nakoruru, but that's merely my preference.

@Craig: He seems to bulky like your Guy. It may be because you're tracing over 3D models so I don't know if it can be helped.
For some reason when I saw that I thought of Tifa...dunno why...It's not a bad sprite at all (also love that Xiaoyu...that's gorgeous!). While I would say something about the sprite's leg, I think it's that way because of the rest of her backside there, no? ^^?
