I don't know which one is the best that has good muscles and abs. The one on the left is my own edit of his muscle and abs, while the right has a reference of Joe's abs. I don't know which one to choose.

^ Exactly. It still need the CvS lightsource. Simplifying the shading won´t do the trick. I think Diepod did some explanations on how to get the lightsource... IIRC.

That's not Marco, that's Whito!Looks pretty CvS-ish to me. I really can't give any feedback! Then again I'm no CvS expert. Looks fine to me!
