Spoiler: big image (click to see content)

You know this is not CvS styled, right? It looks more like an Alpha/Zero styled sprite (well, you took Hulk pieces of sprites and frankensprited them together, so the result is a CPS2 Alpha/Zero styled sprite, since the MvC series used that style).

Also, it's a jpg/jpeg. :( And it's very big, why?

Yeah, but why not? Main differences between SFA and CvS is scale and palettes.
And about itself images: well, I prefer large images, because they are at least something can be seen. If you need a little PNG sprites here- here they are.

Yeah, but why not? Main differences between SFA and CvS is scale and palettes.

Shading says "Hi!" Look carefully at the characters from SNK sprited in CvS style and then compare.

Same for Shotos, Chunners etc from CvS2(I mean, those speciffically sprited for the games).

shading is the main difference, cvs shading is very efficient, my guess is that capcom had lost most of the great spriters from the cps2 era and had to optimize the few ones they had left.

Felo is correct here. CvS art style is vastly different from sfa and mvc sprites. Anatomy, I would say, is even more important than the shading/lighting. Conversions don't actually match the cvs sprite style, so if you're going to edit something, it should be from cvs characters and not the re-scaled alpha sprites.

I suggest learning to draw the sprites from scratch honestly.

Other than spelling (should have been "were lacking," "it's," as well as capitalizing "English"), yes, it's understandable. Quite clear, actually; it's better than most of the native English speakers on here.

I don't see the reason to delete something when I quoted it. :-\

And we're here to learn. Now you know that doing what you did isn't really an efficient method to create CvS sprites. And you got valuable feedback to improve making sprites the right way. :)
