I shrunk the width of the face by 2 pixels and changed the pinky shading, any better?

Face does look better now aye, and so doesn't that hand. There may still be other issues, but I'll let the CvS experts here point any out. It's going good though, so keep at it! ^^

That face is still just way too round. It looks more comical than it does serious, and not in a good way.

You should not be affraid of playing with shades. Maybe making one part of her face a bit darker, AND those eyes needs work. You're using a 2pixels system for those(dark and light green). Whynot making them ONE pixel, and leaving the "darker green" in her third flesh colour? that would add deepness to her seek. Also,the other eye, which could be the "darker" side, you could use the dark green instead of the lighter. AND using the fourth flesh colour instead of the third.

About the boobs area, you should not need making those lines for marking each boob. Look at CvS Chun Li. There aren't lines marking them(except in certain movements, of course). 

Arms should need a bit of volume, as giving an impression of defined, real muscle. Look at this tutorialmade by Kiwi:

It's not about defined muscles, but it could give you an idea of what I'm talking about.

Also, maybe, adding a bit of volume to that hair would help her a lot.

PS: I hope you don't take this as harsh words. Aside that, if it's Gill'sMB, why not keeping his two colours thing?

EDIT: There's a small trick I use when I'm kinda lost while shading. I draw the problematic area in a paper and I shade it with the pencil. When I'm satisfied with the result, I try to translate it into pixels(not scaning).

don't be felo, copy paste the face from a cvs character then tweak the hair.

also,f elio's idea of giving it gill's palette is great, if you don't wanna bother the skin, maybe making the dress bicolored will work ?

There are some white pixels on her leg, ah, actually she don't show her bellybutton, her motorcycle suit just show her bust, but the sprite is good overhaul.
Edit: She lacks some details on her suit, the sprite is not finished? By the way if you want some base you can use this pic:

Yeah, i've noticed that too, but I thought it was only my ocd lol.
I removed her socks and fixed her hips, but I'm still not happy at all with her hips, what do you guys think?

I think, and I could be wrong on assuming, that Froz may be going for a non-powered Gill too. I don't know if Gill never is shown without his red/blue palette or not so...I could be wrong!

Yup, she has just one bracelet. I could add another one later. Thanks Alex!

But I made a few fixes on my own and I wanted to see how far I've gotten with this edit:



Her hair overlaps her shoulder now to make it less stiff.

Edit: Credit goes to Alex for the arms, knees, and dress.

Looks good to me. A nice improvement on her face. I like the addition of her holding a small bunch of grapes in left hand. Looks like you touched up her arms a bit as well. Defined them more, looks good. Nice work.

Ah yes, now THAT looks great! Overlaying the hair on the shoulder was a good idea, and I like the grapes added in. Face looks much more feminine now, and arms look properly done too. Dress and breasts also look right (the breasts now don't look like they should be popping out now ha). You did an overall fantastic job with this, and you learned as well from Alex and the others too, which is great! Congrats. ^^

it's a production sprite, so it's made so animations can be finished fast, I agree with the bots, I think I'll try and make them closer to the original design, actually the more I look at the production sprite the less I like it; I think i'll revamp to make the cleavage different, I might keep it hip length as it is instead of waist length like the original because of nyotengu , I think i will compare her design to the other characters form my game that already have similar outfits (taki,raiya,zamus,sakura, etc...), also the multiple stripes don't seem too time consumming to make and the current boots are boring.

yeah, the hips are getting there, still not where they should be, remember that the hips are normally wider than both legs so they should give that kind of appareance.
