Pretty good, although I would've made his arms thicker and his hands bigger. The thin XIII arms just don't translate well into CvS.

Yep, I updated the first post with the fix. Although i might not touch the hands because editing them is like suicide if you know what I'm getting at. Seriously, I hope I can comfortably sprite hands in a good way, one day.

Also the gun looks horrible.

I think you might just being too hard on yourself about the gun - I think it looks beautiful given the palette restrictions, and that's from someone who has been crapping out weapon sprites for the past two years (I'd like to think I'm at least a little good at it).

On a different note, however, her calves could be a touch longer and her thighs slightly shorter - it just doesn't look terribly natural.
