She seems a bit too wide. I dunno, something about her just seems stretched. Tie seems a bit too short/wonky somehow.

I like the detail you gave to her, though.

I'll answer your question here instead. I'm not an expert and don't have a degree in spriting LOL, I hope that my input can help you in some way.
I made a few adjustment to your sprite that I felt was wrong.

From what I see, her right (our left) knee needs to be moved to her right (our left) some more, because the position of her right leg looks broken, as the shoe seems to be facing the opposite side of her knee. This is clearly not the case with the original reference.

Thanks a lot for the advice !! I guess those mistakes are because I look to much to the 3d model instead of using original CPS3 proportions and style. I'll have that in mind in my try !
