Thoughts on mugen videocasting

Ha hA Haaaaaa.....

I personally like to listen/watch gaming videocast like the Co-Optional Podcast show etc.. while I make stuff because listening to music gets boring after a while when i'm spending 5+ hours making stuff. I was thinking why not have a show about Mugen or mainly based on Mugen, but maybe throw in some gaming/geek talk as well. It wouldn't have to be anything to fancy, just random Mugen contributors who have Skype and access to a web cam and microphone. I would edit it all in Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects. I would hate to have to host the show each time though, so I would need partners in crime to help take the reigns when I didn't want to do it. I was thinking of doing the show 1 to 2 times a month. So what are y'alls thoughts? Is this something that would be interesting to listen to while you make stuff or is this a retarded idea?

I'll tune in too, but i think you'll need a co-host with you who knows most of the guys here and can get some of them to come on the show, it might not be that hard considering that it's a monthly podcast and it's just an hour or two , but who knows...
and if does happen make it audio only as it would be a lot easier to edit and quicker for listeners to download.

I don't want to star, just get the ball rolling and do the editing work to ensure funny factor. I want it to to be on YouTube so I can get money, so I am leaning toward a videocast, but could also have a audio/pod cast for download as well so everyone can listen to it as they travel to there job or wherever.

IIRC five to seven years ago there was a Youtube show or something that was similar to a podcast type show for MUGEN. Granted, it was mostly focused on the videos posted by players on Youtube, so it didn't have a lot of substance (also I can't remember who for the life of me did it, so whatever).

This sounds like it could work if it's pulled off right, though. If you can get people who really know what they're talking about and are willing to put the few hours per week or so it takes to actually do it it would be worth listening to.
