Tips & Trick section?

Currently it seems we have it set up so that tips and tricks stuff would go into Development Resources.

This could be a bit confusing.

Better ideas?

Um make a child board to M.U.G.E.N Development Help?

If we make a tips and tuts board we can use the main board of Development Resources as the board to ask for help, sprites etc... cause it looks like you guys still forgot to make one when you implemented the changes today =P

Okay!

There are now two child boards under Development Help, and I changed the description of Development Resources to "Ask for development resources. Share you development resources in the child sections."

Oh there's a typo. Edit: Typo fixed.
