You seem to've forgotten the Moveset on the main topic again.
Oh and the AI still does the Baku-Shikouken as a Non Tag Hyper.

Update:
- Fixed all Tag related issues.
- Improved cross-up detection.
- Throw now causes hard knockdown instead of sliding knockdown.
- Shellicopter's hittime increased to 20f.
