Great topic. My scantily clad favorite 5 are:

1 - Ivy from Soul Calibur, with nods to part 2 having the best design. I'm surprised that nobody mentioned her yet.

2 - Mai Shinranui. I don't think I have to go any further here.

3 - R.Mika. She's obviously a little crazy. I go for the crazy. I also love her costume.

4 - Chun Li. Awesome thighs that can kick the shit out of you.

5 - Nina Williams. She's hot. And an assassin. Sign me up!!

Yes, she's a Cammy clone, but for some reason, I like the design better than Cammy's. It just feels more natural, and I like the leaping kick versus SPIRAL ARROW.

I really dig that not only does she look really good, but it's such a relief to see a girl fighter that doesn't go all acrobatic. Now if only I didn't suck playing as her.

#3: Cassandra (Rage of the Dragons)

Probably the hottest autistic girl ever. This is why I have such low tolerance of the recent influx of autistic posters on Guild, because they make my Cassandra boner shrivel up and die, knowing that she could very well be Trinitronity in disguise.

#2: TIE Eva-Beatrice (Ougon Musou Kyoku) and Jolyne Kujo (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle)

They're both girls from adaptations from non-fighters that found their way into fighting games. Both of them have really fun, effective playing styles, and it's fun to mess around with both of them. Also their designs are killer.

#1: Chun-I MEAN PUPA SALGUEIRO

I really love the design scheme on Pupa. It manages to be tomboy, but also exude a little playful sensuality. Her fighting style and commands seem to match her personality as well, and are very free-flowing. Either that or I'm biased from all the hours I spent trying to get her moves down when coding her for MUGEN.
