they reason why you are seeing those sparks like that because alot of that code is 1.1 your using mugen 1.0 and thats why it looks funky
and second ignore the commands in the cmd and text file.. i havent fixeed them yet so it can be messy

I actually am using 1.1 I just direct linked for this one, because it was difficult to actually find the link. instead of posting the link to that website, just post the direct link.
-the hitboxes are all over the place, there hardly any consistency.-the C normal is supposed to have posadd to it.-the jumping sword trails remain on the screen even when you land-the jumping normal B and C make physical hitsparks-is it intentional that you can do multiple normals in a single jump?-this character suffers from a severe case of "ow he punched my sword".-im not sure what "1.1 coding" you're using, but the hitsparks do make miniature clones.-during some of the attacks, there's simply no hitboxes at all.-the Ryuko Ranbu and Shoryu Reppa send him flying across the screen oddly.-the QCF super ends up looking weird near the end.-the QCF creates 2 miniature clones of the opponent.-the end of the QCF_a+x super looks really odd.-QCF_a+x, QCB_a/b/c, RDP_x/y/z are missing guard sparks.Just because you made a character in pots style doesn't mean that people will instantly start worshipping you... Or maybe they will.In any case this character is pretty bad, and requires a lot of work.

You clearly haven't looked at a lot of collision boxes in games where sword characters are involved have you?With hitboxes like that, he could get grabbed while being about 100+ pixels away from the opponent.Characters that have big sword slashes come out a lot slower than punches or kicks. That's why they do more damage and are far less safer on block.
