I've got a problem: Everytime I try to save with Irfanview as transparent GIF, Irfanview always makes the darkest color the transparent color, even if I select the green color as the transparent one. And GIMP only saves as XCF files, which Irfanview cannot read. What should I do?

GIMP also saves in pcx files, as demonstrated in the video. There shouldnt be any real need to use irfanview on it as once you save it you can just directly import it into Fighter Factory afterward.

Really? How do I do that? GiMP refuses to save as PCX...
EDIT: Oh wait, now I know where the problem lies. I have to choose export instead of save.
Wait, I finally mastered GIMP! Now I don't have to use Irfanview anymore AND I can pallette things a lot easier!
Other then that, your template is top-notch, and I will include it in my template.

Great, my only remaining question is, what's the name of the font used to enter the text and what font size do you use? I figured out everything else thanks to that video, but I'm using Painshop Pro not Gimp so I can't open the template file to check and it's too small to read on youtube.
