Judging from the def file:
- boundleft and boundright should be symmetrical (boundleft = -boundright) so the stage scrolls equally to both sides
- leftbound and rightbound didn't need to be modified for this particular stage, should be at least -1000 and 1000 respectively. I think the bug you mentioned comes from this
- Were you making up stuff as you went? >_< The parameters under [Scaling] didn't need modifying and bgm.loop isn't a stage parameter, music loops by default anyway
- A reflection with instensity=2 is nothing, possible values go from 0 to 256 where 0 is invisible and 256 is fully visible
