Also Jmorph, I'm gonna be updating BBH soon. What did you have planned for her?
Originally I was just thinking of adding the ES moves and the pursuit attack but then that quickly ballooned into this list:

  • change the name to B.B. Hood BECAUSE IT'S BETTER
  • ES moves
  • pursuit attack
  • use PotS' new sparks instead of the boring CvS2 ones
  • change the machine gun sound (it sounds too puny, IMO)
  • 4DD D3L1C1OUS R3D BLOOD FOR TH3 KN1F3 H1TS
  • make Hyper Apple For You do more hits or something to differentiate it from ES pursuit attack
  • make heavy vertical Cheer & Fire use the LP/MP fire effects
  • make horizontal Cheer & Fire use the vertical fire effects; ES would use the current ones
  • Jelousy & Fake and Shyness & Strike's commands would be changed to B,DB,D+p/k
  • default settings for config.txt would have PalFX on and superpause off

Speaking of wips, whatever happened to your zero suit samus?  It was some of the coolest custom spritework I've ever seen.  Sorry to be off topic.

Phantom.of.the.Server doesn't pull things out of his ass. Even if the system and sparks and everything else are the same, SORRY, YOU'RE WRONG, NOT PHANTOM.OF.THE.SERVER BECAUSE HE DOES GET ACTUAL GAME DATA.
I meant gameplay wise. They don't have EX attacks and that many cancels in CvS2.

kinda old but... NO ONE HERE has finished the CvS2 challengues?
when you are done, you can choose the same char 3 times, and also cancel nearly everything (like "PotS" gameplay)... in fact now that I think about it, I believe PotS chars are made like the game, when you unlock EVERYTHING and get free points for the custom system...

So yes, I do believe PotS get actual data or at least not just random stuff of his ass [AVGN/mode]

he does, he even shared tables with me and we discussed methods on how to accurately move them from normal to turbo

she's on hold until I get more free time and get someone to make me effects, the beta reception was pretty bad too so there is a good chance she won't be released for regular mugen and just go to a full game.

Right as you can see from the screen (ignore the name  ;D ), the counter spark has been corrected.

Fixes so far:

-Sprite set is the Snake colour separated one by default
-All transparency on fire fx removed
-close d (as above) has better get hit anim
-Sparks Redone
-Fixed the normal hitdefs
-5 meter for max mode shenanigans


Also, someone reminded me of something.

Has May Lee's Korean voice from 2002 been ripped at all?  :???:

The last time I played with Nameless he was missing some vital combos from 02 UM.  It's been a while so I could be wrong, but are you going to make those combos doable?

Yes, I have unlocked all that stuff. Like three times. Those extras aren't allowed in any serious competitive play, so if you convert it with those features, it's incorrect (unless it's EX-only and user-defined). And no, Phantom's stuff is NOT like that. Cammy has no Hunter chain, Geese has no Hunter chain, the current RYU has no Hunter chain, and it CERTAINLY doesn't allow for the signature crazy super cancels that DEFINED Phantom.of.the.Server's Shin Gouki.

This should have been done faster, but I have school work and on my day off, I spent it trying to fix something that wasn't working on my PC for basically the whole day. : P

-Command moves and throws redone
-Special moves recoded
-Hitdefs optimised
-Taikuu Katame Shutou Ikusawaza Yoi Tsuki (wow, that's a fancy way of saying "DP") negates projectiles (helper projectiles with hitdefs as well)

Gonna post a palette sheet soon (and revive my awesome Peso-Pyramid).  :)

A very important part of Nameless's DP was the obscene invincibility frames, so I'm assuming he's gonna retain that unless you are planning on nerfing him, since he was one of the top 3 in 02 UM.

Notes on Senkou Katame Shutou Ougi Yaku Ootori:

-Hits opponent higher up now
-Negates all projectile types now (maybe)
-Counter hits will affect damage
