If to be honest, I'm lazed. (Maybe because of Shiva- some sprites- and i'm KO'ed...) And I also was busy- translated some Controller tutorials from Elecbyte on Russian for local beginers. Anyway...
But right now I'm returning to work with him.
My problem- varianions of his strikes in his Crazy Buffalo.

P.S.: I finally did it... Now i'm fixing his damage and making MAX version.

No. I already finished with MAX version. (thanks to Copy and Paste- they're too identic for rewriting them.)
But now I'm saw a new problem- glitches in throw and and EX Dash upper. I hope I will upload his beta today.

Well, I was busy for finishing him. So, here is a beta of Balrog.

Ohh yeah Thanks I´d been waiting for this for a long. Finally is here downloading. I hope you make his AI soon. he´s really important for me that.xD

Feedback: The char missing sprites in the air if you jump and revise a hit while you´re jumping, the state is 5040
When you do a counter kfm shows. and the big portrait is wrong when you do 3100 .

And I think you could add him a upper by fido barlog char, because it looks strange that super 3100. without an upper.

Amazing your char, I like it a lot.

I may come back and add more later, but here's a quick hit of feedback with Balrog's most glaring issues.

-Jump is a tad too high, Balrog is a very low-mobility character
-QCF super motions for a charge character? Nuh-uh.
-Custom Combo state is missing a couple frames
-KFM intro for arcade still left over and KFM sprites still in character in certain frames. Super win portrait still says kung fu barrage. Still has kfm readme. I wonder who you used for a base?
-Straight up disappears during his winpose
-Small port is still awful

All in all, pretty fair for a beta, but you have a decent amount of clean-up work to do. Good luck!

make a config so people can chose. I personally could just go edit the code but for others it wouldn't be that easy. I personally hate charge motions more than anything.

I personally hate charge motions more than anything.
Yerp!!! Medal of Rightness awarded. The only thing worse is the geniuses that include D, DF, commands which are virtually inaccessible to keyboarders, and the resounding geniuses that don't include commands that take Higher Speeds into consideration.

Balrog:

Nice beta my friend I was waiting for Balrog a long time ago :)
My little feedback:
-The uppercut with command D+z, throw away the opponent, when this uppercut hasn't that effect.
-Crazy buffalo follow the opponent when he change of side.
-And don't forget add the custom combo.

And well I made an edit of kamekaze's Balrog a long time ago (include a lot of palettes, fix some sprites of the color separation, all supers, etc) feel free to use the code or all you need.

You're right.
And this move is really cheating. XD
If enemy is closet, that half of screen, he just have not any time to even jump! I don't talk about block.

This is a nice one, and I see that it's still a beta. :)
You have to lower the damage, and add more "punch" on it, I think. maybe some explode on the last hit with the sound that sounds well, you know what I mean, and maybe the hits can be done faster? (Only suggestion, because I know it's a beta).

Adout damage- of course. I just remaked this move- he hal less punches. So, damage was normal.
About speed- I already thinkint that it's too fast.
And yes- I need to somehow make a final punch eye-catching.
