Isn't that the "School of Hard Knocks" stage?? Kim utilizes it and I'm sure you could find it easily by searching under that. I've also had good fortunes using Guild's Database Nunor constantly updates in the Discussion Section.

Actually it is in Chloe's website in the stages section, my friend pointed out to me that the creator actually host her stages in Street Mugen in the past, but now Street Mugen is gone so he told me to try this: http://cutemugen.free.fr/files/stages/tung_rb2.rar and I have got the stage now ;)
