I found that each character in the beta version of Ultra "Vortex" has at least one move not in the released version (Ultra Vortek). For Volcana, I added in a "punch p2 in the stomach attack" and a "medium and fierce reaction to being punched in the stomach." Not much of an update, but better than nothing. As for the ripping of Draccar, Mel is correct, you can use animget or snagit to take screenshots. After that its a bunch of "cleanup" in your favorite sprite editing program to separate the character outline from the stage background.
