I made this because of a request from a Flandre fanboy youtuber name Devilbaby626!

Updated 6/20 what new?:
No AI control, the player can now control Flandre.
New soundpack
1P is more balanced.
12P is less cheap then before.
Powerbar is now 4000 because number 4 can be write dead in japanese.
Defense decreased to 100.
Life increase to 1000.
Enjoy:) to do arcade or survival with Flandre.

What this shit is this fuck? My eyes hurt a little bit when I saw the intro, and during the fight (in practice... this is an AI only character) I just went "What the fuck?" for about 30 seconds.
