This version was made by me only, I think, that v0.31 will be my last addition in project.

And about new engine. Already done:
vs-screen, vs-codes,
character: Sub-Zero,
physic, basic moves etc. That's all now))

Without stages, blood, sound and other important things.
Gameplay is 100% as in umk3.

Demo is great.

Where Sub-Zero's combo HP, HP, LP, back+HK?
Why Kano use air throw? In UMK he used dropkick in air.
Why you don't use original portraits for Select your fighter screen?
Replace Kano and Sonya at MK2's Kahn's Arena with other guys (who not in this game) or use MKT version without them. Same with Jade's Desert and Cyrax.
About "The Temple" stage: Original background looks like Midway has only 1 hour to work with that, dragon logo has bad quality and shadows too. Maybe you replace original with something like that:

Really hope for some things in final release:
1) All arenas from MK2 (Goro's Lair also) - UMK3. Dead Pool in 0.21 is Awesome!
2) Character icon in Select your fighter change, if you replace original character with some another.
3) Open Select.def.
4) New VS Screen for Motaro.

1)Rayden, Cage, Baraka in game or not? (hope yes)
2)Classic Sub-Zero, Rain, Human Smoke, Chameleon, Khameleon in game or not? (hope not, cause in my opinion only one Sub-Zero (MK3) and only one Smoke (Cyborg) are better, Rain in UMK was ultimate cheater + they are all clones)
3)May be you replace some UMK ninjas with MK2 sprites? (for example Scorpion, Noob and Jade) This for smaller number of clones.
4)Bios

P.S. If you want Noob's Doften and Temple edits, i need original sprites (Yeah, i know that i can download sprites from every mk mugen project, but i think you ripped them in better quality), cause these pictures are edits of MKWarehouse screens.

2. I mean, too much ninjas (ninjas are clones not by moves, but by costumes).
4. Cause you don't have cut outs for other characters, right?...

P.P.S. Some idea about Portal(s): MK2, MK3 and UMK3 has different portal arenas, 3 same arenas are too much in my opinion, only 1 will good enough, and cause this MKT remake maybe you will use MKT portal texture for new arena that replace all other portals? Examples:

This is one thing I can agree on, there are way too many ninjas in MK lookalikes, they are mostly just pallets with different moves. If anyone can remember, I was doing a new wip of reptile that got put on hold but the character was his newly classic look from the N64 MK4Gold game, that version of him was incredibly good and original and changed the ninja overload in the MK series. Even in the newest games like Armageddon some have been altered like Ermac to be more middle eastern looking as opposed to a ninja which is great cause he looks like a sorcerer of some kind  :o 

I'd get rid of guys like Ermac, Rain, etc. and keep just the key and reoccurring ones Like scorpion and subzeo. Even for subzero, use the maskless one to change it up a little if you're gonna start a custom MK game, but regardless of that I'm just glad someone is making compatible and working MK characters for mugen, the ones for the MKP version have too many problems and are stubbornly modified so they can't be playable on anything else except MKP's.

I haven't tried this out yet but I seen the vid from the earlier page in this thread and being a MK fan, this has a solid feel and look to it like the arcade counter part.

No.... Its just another Mesh up of MK characters. How many full MK games are there now? Like 7?

This one sucks the worst out of them all.... You cant select characters freely, and to get to the bottom of the character selection is a bitch all in itself.

Your fullgame gets 3 out of 10 stars.  --;

i must say this feels alot better than the last version you did, also the character selection screen is much better. I do miss being able to punch characters through the celing at the bank stage like i could be before though.

In original MK3/UMK3 characters are smaller than in Mugen, and for this reason they looks more accurate.

Maybe some balance edition, but maybe not, you don't know working that or not before you try it:
Shang Tsung:
For use him as great fighter without morphing or new moves, you can add some speed (or some damage) for his fireballs, some combo (big one like Sheeva have or 4-5 hits with fast uppercut in end) and change his Volcanic Eruption move: first fireball not appear at end of screen but right under the opponent, range between fireballs is the same to original.
Cyrax:
Bombs: Replace "Long range bomb" with "Bomb under the opponent" and decrease time before explosions.
Teleport: Add some speed to this.
Mileena:
Just add some speed or damage to her teleport kick and sai toss, change button combination to her sai toss (for example back, down, HP) without holding any button.
Nightwolf:
Make his shoulder charge faster (like that was in Trilogy where he can use "red shoulder charge" - back, back, forward, HK, but replace his original move - f,f,LK))
Kabal:
Really don't sure need he any change or not, but you can give him Flash's "around the world" move from MKvsDC.
Baraka:
His Blade Spin have too big range, you can use MKG/MKvsDC version or replace it with Mutant Blades from MKD or Scrape Kick from MKvsDC. I more like Kick, cause this is totally different from his blade attacks.
Sindel:
Think that she needs more range to "Scream".
Really don't like her double fireball from MKT, cause Sektor has Double Rocket and Shang has Double/triple fireball and that's enough.

3)choose your destiny in game or not?
4)endurance rounds in game or not?
5) kahn's treasure in game or not?

The original resolution of umk3 arcade is 400*254, and the resolution of mugen is 320*240, much difference :P
