I hadn't realized this; in any case, I have the digital version so this doesn't apply to me. All of the DLC costume packs combined (all of which I have purchased) cost more than the retail USF4. It wasn't made clear if "All DLC" meant the Wild and Summer Vacation costumes either though (frame rate sucks when Iview the video so I can't tell if any of those one flashed by) so its probably like the retail disc version on PS3 and all that
