Umbrella Facility stage

just purely 3d

Well since my harddrive fucked up and my nemesis project got deleted I thought I may aswell release the stage since I won't have any use for it anymore.
 Any one is free to do what they like with this stage, feel free to add animation or whatever.

the stage is phenomenal man, nice job! its a shame about Nemmy =( He looks great in that image above. Fucking harddrives. They like to die without notice.

I've noticed that most of the time that a work ends up being scrapped is because of Hard drive failure.


Thus reminding us all that we should back-up our shit more.

yeah, the good thing is that the only sector in my harddrive that was non-recoverable was the nemesis part if it were my other project stuff I'd be raging mad.

yeah especially when WINDOWS VISTA is running on the drive. I'm now using windows 7

you should try to search a recovery program, my friend did a format in a HD and lost a lot of important stuff
he found a program that restored about a 90% of the stuff he lost before

maybe you can get nemesis back  o_O

Downloading the stage to test asap.

Nio is right about this you know...there's nothing to lose and much to gain and it really doesn't take much effort once you've got the right recovery program.

Yeah I already have one called spotmau which is "ok" not great it managed to restore my other mugen stuff with the exception of a few files. but unfortuantely according to the software there was over 1,000 damaged sectors on the drive and also I have a G-shock program that checked the damaged of the harddrive and said it measured a 3.0 shock level, the equivalent to a laptop being dropped off a table and onto hard floor. despite the fact that i never dropped it once.........this is what windows vista can do to your drive folks.

Well I myself was thinking of spriting Nemesis in the same style as the Gundam Battle Assault sprites.

Ie, different parts animated like a ragdoll. That way, I can make some really detailed sprites without to much work. Plus, Nemesis is a bit stiff so it's not that much of a problem.

The problem would be coding and animating the pieces since I don't have Flash. :(

Vista is a bastardass, I'm still on XP here. Havent brought myself to trust 7 yet

i suggest you stay on xp, so far that has been the most solid operating system from microsoft, win 7 is ok but I still get lil problems here and there. STAY WITH XP!

Thats certainly not a problem, already on it. :D  A couple years ago I had a nice gaming rig. Its dead now, my OS was Vista. Go figure! After that, someone tried to cram Win 7 down my throat, but I've refused to have anything to do with any other OS until XP gets pwned....Dont see that happening soon

SPend $15 online and buy DiskDigger, I just had a crash and I am sure it will recover 100% of those files even if they have been overwritten. It pulled up every image, video, file etc. that I ever deleted or reformmated on my hdd, some of those files being years old!

Forgot to add something in my last post I Just wanted to ask are Wips  jason, The Executioner and Mr X (Tyrant from Resident Evil 2) lost as well or are they ok? I was really looking forward to all of them so just wondered :(

About Mr X oops Sorry about DA_MAVERIK just that we talked about him a little bit in an earlier post wasnt sure if you was going to do him or not so just thought I had better mention him just in case again sorry about that lol :)
(he is my fave RE character as well so I guess thats another reason why I asked :-\)
