Also I don't think this character works in 1.0, i get the following error:
"Error message: State machine stuck in loop (stopped after 2500 loops): 2 for UMVC3_Marisa
Check your states for infinite ChangeState loops."
Is there a way to fix this?

UPDATE:
After opening up the char in fighter factory, the problem seems to be in the options file.  However, it may be in more places, as I tried removing the options file from the state list in the .def to confirm this, and got another loop error with state 1 when trying to play with the char in Mugen 1.0
