Ever since February of this year, I have been unable to send private messages. Each time that I write up a private message or reply, whenever I click to send the message, I get sent back to the same screen except the recipient has been removed from under the To box.Has anyone else been having this problem or just me?
I've had that problem once before, but only when I was trying to PM a certain person. Probably unrelated.
I tried it in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. It's not the browser.Knowingest J. I PMed you and it seems to work, so it's probably the user then. Did this user not have a Contributor star?
Yeah, he had the star. I was probably blocked from PM'ing him but idk. I've been able to PM this user before such a thing happened so I'm really lost as to what's going on.
i wodner if that's the reason over the overall "bug" of not being able to pm certain users, sure, some of those have special characters that might break the code, but kamiya ; I think giving the sender an error message of recipient pm box is full will help a lot, otherwise we will just keep on getting these topics.
Is the user a contributor or something?? I may he wrong here but from what I remember reading, don't mods/contributors/Guild Network members get more inbox space??
in my experience those guys are not guild contributors; it has happened to me while pm guys who are pretty new in the forums, or just don't like posting there and have the accounts so they can pm people and lurk around releases.
