I'm a little behind on my playing and testing lately but I finally got around to Liu Kang and found one thing which you may want to check out. Liu Kang's fireball seems to have physical properties rather than that of a projectile. It can be caught by anyone who has an attack reversal such as Geese Howard etc. I tested this out on several different characters and the behavior for this varied. In the best case scenario, the person performing the reversal just goes through their respective animations as if they had caught an attack. But it can also cause duplication or invincibility errors. Other than that he plays pretty solid. Thanks as always! When I converted the projectiles to helpers I forget to change the attr parameters too. My bad. I appreciate you taking the time to evaluate my work. Dude!! These MK characters of yours are fucking crazy awesome. Personally, if you do Sub-Zero and Scorpion, you gotta make Reptile!!Also, where did you find that MK2 Armory stage?? I've been looking everywhere for it.But yes, these conversions of yours are a delight and belong in anyone's Mugen for sure!!
Not a fan of Mk1 and Mk2 sprites! Was hoping someone would make decent MK3/UMK3/MKT based characters! There's no Kabal, Stryker, Nigtwolf, Sindel, Cyborg Characters and other pretty much introduced since Mk3 characters being made into mugen! There are lots of characters made individually from MK1 and Mk2, but no one seems to bother making MK3 characters and its saddening to tell you the truth! And yes, MKP is rubbish and is terrible compatible with other versions of mugen and characters do not transition well! Hope someone will make decent Mk3 characters for mugen some day!

Yeah Thank you Omegapsyco, this is a revolution in therms of mortal Kombat mugen.We never had really good MK1 arcade convertions.Finally, something top quality in therms of MK.

There were several attempts to update the engine/characters since the times of MKP 4.1, not all of them being "rubbish", but afaik the "MK3/UMK3/MKT" updates were mostly for private use in fullgames.
juano16, all but covered MK2. especially with the separate Def Files ,with his releases of Soulninja's. and Shang Tsung MK2 ,and he covered alittle bit of MK3 with the female ninja's MK3 and the soul ninja's MK3,so those are all standard used MK characters in regular mugen, and i have a Beta a person made and actualy released on here of a MK3 ShangTsung based on Juano16's MK2 ShangTsung its a complete MK3 Shang, but a lot of the times when he morph's the sprites are distorted ,sadly it was abandoned ,or else we could of had all of the MK3 chars also because he mentioned doing the same method as Juano and use the separate Def files.................And At Omegapsycho, i was wondering are u after Scorpion and Sub Zero ,Going to do maybe Reptile?possibly with the little bit sped up movement like in the arcade? and are u planning on doing anything as far as updates with your Goro and MK1 Shang tsung or are u just going to call it a day after Scorp and sub?....loving the characters BTW so good to see real versions of Mortal kombat characters u don't have to patch and say a prayer before using them lol

(Reptile will have his speed like in the arcade game.) About the bosses, they will receive BIG updates, so, after the above-mentioned characters, there are still 2 more releases to complete the entire roster of MK1 (Yes, my Ermac's MK1 version is included). I'm so glad you like my work. Thanks for your comments.
awesome, so looking forward to that Reptile , i have one now that does the faster movement but its a MKP char and we all know the bugs there lol
this is good news Omega, I wanna check out your MK1 style ninjas since I loved their styles through MK1 Shang Tsung, also can't wait for the bosses to get updates. Should be amazing what comes from them
