Hi Folks
Well i decided to migrate to newest MUGEN, my question is, u know in ELECBYTE's page, have Upgrade Notes, from older version to new, is definitely necessary make these changes to our chars (def, cns) or can i avoid some of these steps, to have running correcttly in new version??

It's no really necessary, just a guide to help you fix buggy characters in case they act up in 1.0.
