Urgent help! Help me find thesse characters!

Grettings mugen players. I am searching for the mk vs sf styled Scorpion Marcos SSJ4 made, but the link is dead and it is nowhere on the internet. Neither is his sub.rep.scorp character. SSFAndy101's Reptile's link is also dead. If someone has thesse characters, please share them with me. I can't find them absolutely anywhere. T^T

Are there any HD characters like Goku out there?

I've been wondering... Xande and Ribeiro's Goku looks and plays awesome. But i wonder if there are actually other characters equally good in terms of gameplay and look. That are ACTUALLY good. Not like other characters we see that look cool but the gameplay turns out to be a total let down.

So if you find any other cool HR characters, please post them here.
