I think the texture/color of the links are a little unnoticeable for some people. Can you do a little modification for that?...Or just ignore it.
blackish dark blue on white/bright blue, which turns red on hover? looks good enough for me, and most links are buttons, after all...

god, please set restricted access on the request boards...something like >50/100 posts...more and more people go in there and don't bother reading the rules, and end up posting a request that is breaking them, only to have it dumped and formerly warning them in the redirection, to having them posting the request AGAIN, breaking the same exact rules, and getting warned...or you can just get rid of it completely
