On what account, may I ask?

If it is based on the amount of fanservice, then maybe I would understand.

Check the discussion threads and you'll see all the "uncensored" images. And that's it, you won't have to spend silly money for this. If you care about the story, which for what I'm reading seems to be uninteresting, then wait for Youtube videos or ask to someone that has bought this game.

For what I'm reading, they haven't improved anything at all, just ported it to English, and added the bugfixes they mentioned, though I never found any bug in the freeware version worth caring about. The tutorial is still as annoying to trigger as it was before, apparently it has no Fightstick support, obviously no online mode, and I highly doubt they will put anything new in this game. Go play the freeware version, seriously. Why would we possibly want to buy a game when it's available for free and there's hardly any difference worth mentioning between the free and the not free version?

The free version is already uncensored. The steam one is actually the censored one but there's a free DLC for it to revert the censorship.

Many of us probably got the game from a bundle or something like that. In my case, I paid 75 cents for a game from Groupees and this game, among others, were added as a bonus, so I got it for 75 cents, and then got the Steam cards and sold them for 3 bucks. I actually made a profit lol.
pls

A crowdfunding campaign just popped up for funding the development of Steamworks-compatible netplay DLC for VanPri who the fuck knows.

I learned that this is my kind of game.

They said that they have online ready for Steam and now they mention that they need help; why wait months after the game is out? :P

They wanted to get some funds first from releasing the game. They probably also wanted to see how popular the game was to see if it was worth getting online for it or not.

Well, I saw this in Steam when checking the shop. New "DLC", in which you can fight using Hilda, aka the boss character. According to them they balanced it for player-use. Still no proper Network nor improved Training mode. Go grab it if you're interested.

There was not enough funding for the "proper network". I am sure everyone got their money back by now. As for the improved Training mode, can you please explain?

Better way to access it (it's a fucking mess just trying to activate it, you have to go through vs mode and change it yourself while in the fight), more personalization options, etc. The current training mode is just a VS mode in which you recover health after recovering from a combo, and there's hardly any option to try different things.
