The only thing I would recommend is to add more audio (vocal) just because in DMC 3 when you fight him he also talks as well but other than that the character is done beautiful keep up the good work

This is nothing close to what I was expecting! This looks amazing! Can't wait to see it done!

After a while of doing D, DF, F, punch or kick, the move will not work anymore, the helpers disappear even when Vergil is doing the animation to create the special move they will not appear. And if you do the super move (power >=3000) you will probably only be able to do it 1.5 times before that same affect is there again.

Just some info for next release.

Hot damn! The playability is great!  Very true to the game! Got the flying swords dead on. Most the minor details have already been covered in the thread.  The sound effects are great.  You need to add the white trim designs to his coat, and he needs more facial animations. The hair also needs more movement. I was really impressed by his devil form! Great work there!  Add the voice in for the taunts and certain moves and such and you may have a clear winner here! Also you need much better lighting effects for his gaultlets. I am sure there are some "Godly" characters out there you can draw inspiration from for that...

Don't worry about it, it's just a picture that's named in a way that winrar or winzip can't really reconize. It's not an important file

is there a way to make his sprites look this good in regular mugen or do i need hi res?
it is already possible in regular mugen, go to mugen.cfg in the data folder, open with a text editor and find the line video win under that you will find DoubleRes = change the number to 4

sorry to ask, but is this a good idea to do w/ low res chars in hi res mugen?

No, it's not. Hi res character are higher res than hi res mugen can handle, and low res is lower than high so try medium (which may not be high enough either  :( ).

Jokes aside, you can't change the res of hi res Mugen, it's always double res 4 and low res characters look fine in double res 4. (and to everyone who says "But but but but, Bilinear filter!! ;D is better!!!" just keep it to yourself)
