I'm mostly surpriced about the Battle Royale character... why is he fighting these guys if he's NOT on the island? :S

Kiriyama was the only student that signed up to battle royale for fun. so he'd probably jump at the chance of killing people without consequence. the real question you should be asking is why is he alive after getting his head blown in half with a spas12 shotgun.

yes, you could have..well still might be able to. My teammates and friends also wanted to put characters from pretty well known asian movies, you may not know these but, mrs.geum ja from sympathy for lady vengeance and chenzen aka bruce lee from fist of fury, azumi from that crappy japanese movie. I even got a request to do tony jaa,  the guy from ol boy and Zen the autistic girl from chocolate.

so far my team love the idea of doing zen from chocolate to be the next asian movie character

Any chance of Nanahara from Battle Royale? He's still alive but I'm not quite sure why he'd be fighting.

nanahara hmm. He was pretty much a pussy  in battle royale.  :-\  and battle royale 2 sucked bad so that is ruled right out.

its just an idea but i think we need an ruthless martial arts master around here i say Pai Mei from Kill Bill or Heihachi From Tekken could take the role haha

yes, there is a high possibility that we'll end up doing him, i'm celebrating chinese new years with my cousins and mates and we were watching tonys movies from ongbak,1,2 to warrior king, we got so many ideas for moves so it has to be done. also jija yanin from chocolate is the female equivalent.

as for ipman, i would love to but i dunno if that will sit well with a japanese audience. especially since one of the guys helping us is japanese.  :S

i agree 100% , but we actually have an old man in the s2g project  thats fills in thoses assets.

Ask him then to see what he thinks then? Ip Man would be awesome, but i'd understand with the whole "anti-Japanese" thing it has going on.

Tony Jaa is still good enough though.Kareem Abdul Jabbar from Game of Death.
